Spending Xmas at this hotel was a great choice. the natural pool was a highlight, especially on a warm day in December! We also enjoyed the stunning views from the terrace. the location was great, close to the ski slopes and local restaurants.
The challenging drive up to the hotel - the narrow and steep roads were stressful. Another disappointment was the lack of festive decorations, given we visited over the Xmas period.

the room had a nice balcony with a great view, but the bathroom was not properly cleaned. the breakfast was ok, but limited in variety and quality, and the coffee was not good. the outdoor pool was nice, but the sauna was not working properly.
On the other hand, the location was quite inconvenient, situated on a steep and narrow street that was difficult to drive through.

We had a lovely romantic escape at this hotel. The breakfast was really good, with fresh and delicious food options. The outdoor pool area was a real standout for us, with its relaxing ambiance and scenic view of the mountains. The location also allowed us to easily explore the nearby attractions and scenic routes.
While we appreciated the location, the access road to the hotel could be challenging to drive through, particularly for first-time visitors. we had some minor issues with the shower being a little dirty and broken, which was a bit disappointing.

This hotel is an absolute gem hidden in the midst of nature. The rooms have a breathtaking view of the surrounding trees and the hotel's grounds are beautifully landscaped. I was impressed by the classic furniture which created a cozy atmosphere throughout the hotel. The staff went above and beyond to take care of me, treating me like royalty. The spa and massage services were top-notch. The breakfast was delicious with an array of organic treats to choose from.
Nothing to complain about at all.
